The Aromatherapy Co Therapy Kitchen Hand Lotion (Mandarin Mint & Basil)

I ordered this product on-line and received it when I thought I would- BUT - I ordered the hand lotion in error when I thought it was the hand wash. Immediately I emailed the store to say was there anything you could do and I got absolutely no response back at all. Am happy to keep the product but disappointed that no one bothered to reply to my email hence only 4 Stars. Product good but not too keen on customer service.
