I have had my original which needed replacing for many years & was pleased to see I could get a replacement. Great product & the best mash
The silicon side helps clean the mash on the sides of the pan when smooshing the potatoes and its built well, but if you leave it to dry and then wash it later the dried potatoes will be stuck in hard to reach places due to the design. Recommend a good soak if this happens to soften stuck potato.
