The Accura Saturn 5kg Electronic Mixing Bowl Scale can be used to perform several functions. It is able to measure the weight of the ingredient inside the bowl in 1g graduations, but thanks to several density presets built into the machine, it can also convert the weight into volume. Features an easy to read LCD digital readout, and a removable 2L dishwasher safe bowl which locks securely into the base. Also features an auto zero and auto off function.
