Q) I have a general problem / enquiry with the website, or would like to report a bug.

 

Just send our friendly customer service staff a message using the contact form explaining any problems or enquiries you might have and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Q) What method of payments do you accept?

 

Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal.

 

Q) Do you ship internationally?

 

Currently we only ship to locations in Australia, but if you would like to purchase from overseas, please contact us and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

 

Q) Do you allow pick-up of purchased goods?

 

We currently do not offer pick up of goods. However, we do ship all parcels as soon as we can so all orders will be received quickly after you place your order.

 

Q) How secure is my credit card and personal detail information?

 

Our website utilises genuine 256-bit Secure Socket Layers (SSL) technology to enable encryption of important data such as your credit card information and personal details. Encryption makes it very difficult for unauthorized people to view information traveling between computers.

 

All of your personal data such as your name, email address, physical address and other contact details are treated as confidential information and will not be used for any other purpose except to process your order. Under no circumstances will your personal data be shared with a third party, unless required or authorized by law. Q) How long will it take before I receive my products?

 

Delivery times vary according to the destination location. As a general guide, standard shipping usually takes approximately 2 working days for metropolitan areas, after lodgement of parcel. For non-metropolitan areas, shipping may take longer and can take between 2 - 5 working days after lodgement of parcel. Please note that parcels will only be lodged after payment has been authorized. Usually, all orders with authorized payments received before 1pm will be dispatched on the same day (as order received) and all orders after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

 

Q) I would like to obtain a refund for a damaged item. How should I proceed to obtain my refund?

 

To proceed with your refund, please send us a message using our contact form indicating which products are faulty along with your contact details and purchase order number.
